At My Hero Books, every book and package is custom-made specifically for your child. Because each item is personalized, all sales are final once production has started.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
Once your order has entered the design or production stage, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If We Make a Mistake
If there is an error made by My Hero Books, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
Examples may include:
- Wrong child name
- Incorrect product sent
- Printing defects
- Damaged items caused during production
- Missing items from your package
If a mistake was made on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief explanation
Once reviewed, we may:
- Replace the item
- Correct the mistake
- Reprint the product at no additional cost
Photo & Story Approval
Parents are responsible for reviewing all submitted information, including:
- Child’s name spelling
- Uploaded photos
- Story details
- Shipping information
My Hero Books is not responsible for mistakes submitted by the customer during checkout or questionnaire submission.
Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, animations, and audiobook files are non-refundable once delivered.
